Jim,
I don’t know if you remember me, but I sure remember you. In the summer of 2000, I was living in Tallahasee and you were either moving or just moved to Florida. You helped me out for free, but I never followed through. I was a web developer and I still am. Do I still hate my job? Yep. I married agin in 2003 and my 1 year old daughter is now 10.
Now I am interested in real estate. I now live in saint Augustine Florida and I have a slideshow that you can look at.
My number is 904-466-1050. My wife is skeptical about me spending any money for a mentor, but I have an greta idea for some web software that can make investors life easier as far as putting deals together that I’d like to share with you. I have this talent Jim, but I want to do real estate and create software on my own terms. But your picture, you still seem like teh crazy sob that I talked with oh so many years ago. I can’t wait to talk with you to share this crazy idea I have for web software.
