Mostly my fault from a lack of marketing lately. I'm very close at closing a sale on a current house up in Indy to get paid. Frankly I'm tired of managing it from Nashville and just want it gone. Some day when I decide to stop making someone else rich at my day job, I'll join you as self-employed and have more time to market. Or if I just spend a little less time on the boat and get my @$$ out there and market, then that killer deal will roll in. People still do need a place to live these days, even if Obama is paying for part of the mortgage. But houses are taking a long time to sell, so it seems that big chunks of profit and a little more challenging to close. Jim is one of the few guys I have met in the real estate industry that really knows what he's doing. He has been my mentor for 3+ years and has been a huge help! Anyone that is serious about Real Estate needs to own his course. And even if you never do a real estate deal, his information will be hugely helpful in buying/selling your own home.
