You asked quite a few questions regarding plans, worrisome, etc.

I’ll fill you in (briefly) on what’s happening with me….

I’m selling one rental unit at a time. Most likely we’ll keep one rental unit. We plan to do 1031 or simply put all nets towards commercial real estate such as mobile home park, apartment complex, etc. Whatever comes our way when we begin the search to buy.

We’ve lost plenty on our retirement funds, including 401K. NOT a happy camper. But….we have to remember that we’re buying extra stocks which will help speed up our future profits.

We’re still heavily involved in our landlord association. Hubby is the president. I’m the editor/publisher of the monthly newsletter. In reality, I’m the one who is multi-tasking as well as running our association. As Groucho Marx used to say: Behind every successful man is a woman….

I hear ya about the weather here this winter… What the heck is going on?? I’ve been in Tampa 15 years and have never seen a winter so cold. If it’s like this next year, I’m moving farther south. Seriously.

As far as the state of the economy- I try not to watch the news, as it makes me suicidal. I just focus on my wholesaling business, and plan on socking away as much as I can as fast as I can, because I think it is going to get really ugly.

As far as the market etc., we keep our eye on the ball, save more than we spend. We do not spend anything on ridiculous expenditures either.

We continue keeping our eys open for deals and are buying and flipping REO’s, BULK REO’s, Short Sales and commercial flips using our investors cash through TheCashProvided.com where we get funds to close our back to back deals.

That is what we are doing today in this market and recommend that the readers here do not be afraid, as Fear is false expectations appearing real! So keep your heads up folks!!!
